Our Lady of Lebanon, Harissa
The Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon at Harissa is crowned by a huge white bronze statue of the Virgin Mary, arms outstretched over the Mediterranean. A major Marian pilgrimage site for Maronite Catholics and other Christians, it is reached by a cable car and overlooks the bay of Jounieh.
